Yoga For Calmness
with Ed Fisher

Feel relaxed at the end of a busy week, stretch, breathe.

Join me for a mindful, slow and calming Sunday practice. My classes are intentionally small with a maximum if 10 in each class.

We will have a mindful vinyasa flow starting calm, building our energy and then relaxing into stillness. I am offering these classes having just finished my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.
