We, women, have become tamed, conditioned, dulled and tired. Join us this coming August to shake loose and shimmy, set free and flow. Unleashing the WILD WOMAN in pure, raw, unspoiled nature and femininity.
Replenish your soul around our sacred ritual altar, warm your heart at our roaring community fire, wander rolling hills and woodlands, swim the fresh cleansing waters of our own private beach all on the banks of stunning Loch Tay, Aberfeldy. Supported by a carefully crafted program of workshops, set against the backdrop of the Ben Lawers mountains.
4 days, 3 nights, camping under the summer stars. Low in the highlands, high in the lowlands.
The open planned loft space (traditionally reserved for facilitators) has 4 beds (2x doubles, 1x single, 1x double futon) and space for a further 2 air beds (bring your own) bookable for a supplement of £50 for the 3 nights. Those with additional needs will be offered first refusal, on a first come first served basis. Contact Lindsey via email to book the loft.
Lunches and dinners are community pot luck style gatherings, breakfasts are your own - with a large well equipped commercial kitchen for our private use. Herbal teas and coffees anytime you like and treats only limited by what we bring! There is a local produce farm shop onsite stocking a variety of in season fruits and vegetables and my friends handmade cacao chocolate bars!
This retreat is probably not for you if you have no respect for nature. This retreat is for women of all ages and backgrounds who want to feel more connected to themselves and nurture their loving, reverential connection to Mother Earth. It falls within the Celtic celebration of “Lughnasa” or “Lammas” - First Harvest. Collective themes of this time are: Ripening into fullness - what is ripe and ready to be picked? Gathering & celebrating - what is to be celebrated and savoured? What are the learnings?
Location, directions and arrival & departure times can be found on the “Need To Know” tab
The schedule is being finalised and will remain fluid to the needs of the group in realtime…
