How we pack and send your order, where you can collect in person, and how to return something if it isn’t quite right.
Shipping
When you order your items we happily shimmy over to select them with gentle serpentine hands, lovingly package them with expression, and send them to you as quickly as possible!
All prices displayed within the shop are exclusive of shipping fees. Please contact us for details of international shipping.

Collection
If you live locally, you can collect products in person at Sahara Studio. Available for Bodhi elixir oils, essential oils, carrier oils, candles, gemstones, smudging sticks & incense, and liquid soaps & washes.
Returns
Products sales policy
We are confident you will enjoy your gorgeous items purchased from Sahara Studio. If, however, you are unhappy for any reason, please use our Contact Form to request a ‘Returns Form’. You can then follow the guidance we provide to complete the form and send your items back — if they are unused, in original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving them — for an exchange or a full refund.
We have personally searched for high-quality items that we can offer at exceptionally good prices. Our low prices do not indicate lowered quality, just great value. It is commonly understood that most bellydance attire is intended for light usage and should be spot-cleaned without the use of detergent. Airing an item outdoors, in a steamy shower room, or indoors with incense are all traditional freshen-up methods for clothing. For costume jewellery, gently rubbing an item with a very slightly damp towelling fabric will, in most cases, restore the shine.
