From the facilitator: “Hey everyone! I’m happy to let you all know of my offering for the autumn season. I’ll be holding 5 5Rhythms classes every other Saturday starting the 11th of October.

“Journey Through the Wave” will have a focus on each of the rhythms on each of the Saturdays.

DATES:

• 11th October ~ Flowing
• 25th October ~ Staccato
• 8th November ~ Chaos
• 22nd November ~ Lyrical
• 6th December ~ Stillness

TIME: 10am - 12pm

Location: Sahara Studio, Dalry, Edinburgh

Contribution: £12 (concession) / £15 (regular)/ £20 (abundance)
