October new moon occurs at 28 degrees and 22 minutes of LIBRA, calling us to seek balance.

We’ve been so busy with the sense of renewal, rewriting and reinvention recently that we may not be noticing the bigger picture and where the scales may have shifted off balance the other way, or we may still be in that process of transformation and gradually moving closer to balance. Either way, harmony can be found if we continue this deep work with gentle, loving care - for ourselves, others and situations in our lives.

In this moon circle Lindsey will hold safe space and guide us in a variety of COMPASSIONATE BALANCE techniques for our present and future selves and the stability and sustainability of community and the collective. From this compassionate balanced perspective we are able to navigate, negotiate and nurture in a healthy way - from a calm, soothed and relaxed feminine energy.

We'll blend these airy Libra new moon themes with restorative relaxation practices. To leave us feeling nourished and nurtured.

Lunara is a monthly activation and release to grant yourself the time, the space and the place to drop down into your body, return to the present moment and to simply BE.

Show up for yourself and each other as you are on the day, no judgements, no expectations, simply ACCEPTED. Release anything that wants to be released. Give sound to your senses. Movement to your madness. Peace and stillness to your soul. Heal yourself as only you, yourself, intuitively know how. You are your own medicine. Be SEEN. Be HEARD. Simply BE.

This New Moon Circle we will journey individually together, working with astrological life energies of the moon in zodiac sign LIBRA and supporting energies and themes as they arise.
