Hazar Baba Turkish Apple Tea "Elma Çayi" is a very refreshing and slightly sweet/sour granulated tea drink from Istanbul.

To prepare: place 2 teaspoons of the apple tea mixture into a suitable heatproof cup or glass, pour in hot water and stir, sugar to taste is optional. Alternatively, for a cold refreshing drink place one tablespoon of the mixture into a glass, pour in cold water and stir, adding ice as desired.
