Jade is a highly valued, durable gemstone composed of either nephrite or jadeite. It is typically green but can also be white, yellow or black. This particular Jade is Jadeite (often called fei cui in China, more rare and intense in colour)

Renowned for its rich history in art and jewellery, particularly in East Asian cultures where it symbolises virtue and heaven. Jade is widely recognised spiritually as a "stone of luck" and prosperity, believed to foster health, emotional balance and protection.

It is commonly used to calm the nervous system, encourage compassion, and promote physical healing, particularly regarding detoxification and kidney function. It also aids in grounding and strengthening relationships through it's link to the heart chakra, encouraging harmonious love.
